An 8-Session Course on the fundamentals of Yoga taught the Iyengar Way. If you have never done yoga this is a good place to start your practice.
Open to new and continuing students or those new to Iyengar Yoga. We progress with the asanas with basic standing and sitting poses and basic inversions.
Enjoy a gentler class to get you moving and restore overall health and vitality! Appropriate for sedentary students who are not necessarily Golden.
Mixed Level Class open to continuing students. We build on the foundations learned in the Level 1 classes and continue progressing with the basic and intermediate asanas.
